I noticed that the message was to "wendy". Her screen name is actually "WeNdY" and I believe screen names are case sensitive.
Have you tried using the drop down menu for names (the field just above the "TO" field?)

Thanks for your quick response. Even on reply, my To box is blank, and I can't select the
name. On Preview it shows the name in
the To box, but then doesn't seem to recognise that the name is there.
If you look at the screenshot again, (where it has From, To, Subject and Date), the name showing is WeNdY in the To section, but the error message is still appearing and it won't let me send.
I've tried selecting the name again, clicking on the circle (near the To* field), and even starting from scratch again, but nothing happens!

When I clicked on your profile photo, I was brought to your profile.
Then I pressed 'send message'. The drop-down window had
'Contacts' instead of blank as what's on your screen shot.
I wonder if that's the problem. Something is not initialized/set up
for you.

Messaging Problems
Hi,
I've tried a few times to use the messaging, but am having problems as it keeps asking me to enter in the To box, when I've already done that. Please see attachment for a screenshot of the error message I'm getting.
Any ideas as to how I can resolve this?
