Shall this be the end of chit chat?

I pray that it is not the end of the daily Chit Chat.  I look forward each day to login to the Community site.  I do it at least twice a day.   Diane and I and lately Moon and MadamB seem to be the only ones taking an interest. It seems a pity.  I used to love the interaction from everyone, interacting with the wonderful friends I have made here, the encouraging  comments left with everyone's designs but now I spend up to an hour each time I am here reporting the spams and illegal postings.  There are some simple rules to the site and these are done for all of us and are the simple to live by.  They are under the ADDITIONAL tab at the top of the page under Netiquette. Admin must be sick of my messages about spammers and I get sick of the private messages back when I take somebody to task.  Diane is the only Ambassador we hear from as well. 

What is wrong with everyone.  If anyone as a member wants to get the most out our site, you need to participate more.

Diane thanks for keeping up so far and I agree with Noel sorry I was away for couple of days I am in Malaysia giving workshops and got a bit caught up.

Every one seems more active on face book than here which I think defeats the purpose of this community all together. A lot of people put up their designs for advertizing purpose rather than o help other beginners!!!!

Spam spam spam  as well we really need to get rid of those.

I thought the Christmas competition will get us more audience.

I think we should try to hang in there and see where this goes.

As for our ambassadors I will be honest here in my feed back there was nil contribution over the past 3 months I have been here and the blogs aren't really what you would expect from an expert in DIY.

I mean no offense to any one at all but I think community members should get first glimpse of what our experts are coming up with and new innovations.

In conclusion I am IN till you guys say no more.

Good day ladies, it's Monday morning and everything is back to normal now. First I want to wish everyone A Happy New Year filled with many ideas and projets.

I've been having some problems with my computer and had to first erase everything on it, and reformating it took for ever. Hopefully I won't get invated by any virus anymore.

Anyways, Diane I truly thing that the chit-chat should stay; maybe the administrator should find a way to get the members and ambassadors to participate in the daily chit-chat. I don't know...maybe a contest or whatever it takes to get them back here.

Noel, you are doing a great job on reporting all these spammers...they are taking over this community... these people have no respect for rules.

Mona, I agree with you, people interact much more on FB. I don't want to offend anybody but, not to many ambassadors and members, are participating in the chat.

In conclusion, "I AM IN" as long as anyone is here.

I really want to keep this going....I think our community is special, and could again be what it was once.  Facebook has become such a large space now, I agree, you just don't get the kind of support and specific feedback on Facebook.  We all have a special bond, and that bond comes from our love of Swarovski Elements.

I'll be attending a Create Your Style Ambassador meeting in Tucson on January 31st, and will relay your desire to have our Ambassadors active in our community.  I miss their comments here also!

So...I need to hear more from other Sparkling Community members....We know you are out there!  Do you want to chat?

We have got to keep it going.  The core of the site is communications from everyone.  There has been hardly any questions for help with creative problems, no communication from members, even the older regular ones.  There are plenty of new designs being posted including the illegal ones attempting to sell their product.  Plenty of spammers.  One this morning who had two pages of postings (now deleted thank goodness).  It is becoming a home base for spammers who do not care about the rest of us as members.

It is up to the members to keep it going.

I am glad that the chit chat is still there phewwwww. Well I heard some good news today one of my best freinds in Japan has just benn appointed Ambassador Naomi Yogo the first one for Japan wawoo.

Thanks Diane for your support and hope that the meeting will bring back more activities and more advice and more chit chats.
