What to do with leftover beads?

What a good idea.

You're giving me inspiration to use mine somehow.  There's so many - it's so hard to keep them organized too,

I wonder how the rest of our group uses their leftovers.

I really like your mini-arrangement.

I guess I don't do anything with leftover beads, 'cause I don't think of them as such.... My beads are my palette, over the years I've tried to collect at least a small amount of each color, and my favorite shapes.  Then when inspiration hits, I have the materials at hand to start working.  Of course, you are right, Marsha, organization is tough...but I enjoy sorting them out and putting them back into their proper places.  What I don't enjoy sorting are the multitude of findings and cords and fabrics and threads and needles, etc.  I just haven't been able to come up with a workable solution for them in my little "living room" studio.

I think I might play with the flower arrangement idea...there are so very many ways to go with it!

Leftover?  Organize?  What does that mean?  LOL!  In other words, I don't HAVE leftovers or ANY organization.  I have them inone place and just continue to use what I have...buy more...use what I have....buy more...

I don't have leftovers either. Just something for the next project. as for organization well I have all kinds of the plastic bead boxes the ones that have separtate compartments for beads. and I have the rolling plastic carts from the discount store (WalMart) and a tool box/ the rolling cart kind. Mine is a really big one about 3 1/3 feet tall and 4 feet wide. It is an old cart that they were getting rid of at work and I "rescued" it. now if I could just get too it. no no organization here cause I can't get to the big box to put stuff in.

I simply hoard them and wait til the next project comes around where they speak to me
