Welcome to Lilian’s Contemporary style wire making workshops! Lilian Chen is a natural wire-making creator, and has a passion for design. She uses the Contemporary style to raise the wire technique to the next level and give it a bright new look.
The 10 workshops will introduce basic level skills to a variety of advanced level skills that including wire necklace (chock style), stone wire wrapping, ring making, wire chain making, artistic pendant with designed wire necklace, earring making, wire bangle making, and all of these will cover creative thinking skills.
All these new skills will amaze and surprise you. They are completely different from traditional wire making, and look more artistic. All finished by only four basic pliers.
Learn Lilian’s Wire Theory:
1) Using wire in four different directions to create the curve of a spiral and coil in a design.
2) Manipulating wire from its natural curve, to form the wire in a variety of unique shapes, and to set the stone at the same time.
3) Working with vertical and horizontal bending positions on the wire’s curve, it will take wire working to next level creating an artistic 3 dimensional look.
