- About me
I was once in a high stressed always on the run/traveling job until I was injured and had to stop working. I am trying to explore my creative side and am having fun working with crystals, clay, wire sculpture, and dabbling in photography to get my mind off the pain and have fun for a change. I was always thought to be the analytical one in the family, working in the financial side of business, while the rest of the family has talent with interior design. I just found out my sisters have been jealous of the various items I have created through out the years for gifts for family members. These creations were made to help relieve the stress from the week of work, now they are created to relieve the stress of constant pain.
- Experience and Creativity
I have created items in various mediums for friends, family, and have donated many creations for fund raisers benefiting an emergency shelter for children. I was very excited to see all of my creations so well liked and well received by everyone. It was wonderful to see the excitement when people won the items I created. My friends and family always receive compliments on the items I have created for them. All of this is a motivator for a person who has no confidence in her creations.
- Hobbies and Interests
I love to create jewelry especially with wire and crystals, clay creations, and photography of flowers. I also love trying different mediums to see what I can create. I have a head full of things I want to try but just have to feel well enough to do them.

- Favorite Movies and Books
I love the classic musicals: All That Jazz, Sound of Music, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof, you get the picture. The books I am in to right now are books where I can learn how to do different mediums. A world renowned artist friend of mine told me this is the way to learn, read, read, read. I am trying to follow her advice into the world of creating beautiful things.

I know! Let me tell you... I get my paycheck..and I pretty much just give it back b/c I'm always buying my supplies for beading there.. = )
But it is a great job. This is actually my first job ever. My mom was like you should get a part time job, and that day I saw a Help Wanted sign in the craft store (that I pretty much live in) for a beading instructor... so i asked about the job and got it! It's really cool I have all these regular students and its cool.. talk to you soon bye!

...your words especialy touches my heart because my partner is also working too much with no rests. i can clearly see how unhealthy this is and i talk hours about slow down....at one ear it goes in, at the other out...
